Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs has earmarked 16 distinct programs in Innovative Research & Development (研發創新) for fiscal year 2026 — CITD, SBIR, SIIR, A+ Innovation, IDDI, and the rest of MOEA's research-and-development subsidy stack — applied across manufacturing, service-industry, and design-driven innovation. Below is the full list, with English-language summaries and direct contact details for each.

The largest subsidy ceiling in this chapter is NT$20M per project. Every program below carries its own eligibility bar and application window — verify terms with the issuing agency before you build a budget around them.
