A three-act C2M (Consumer-to-Manufacturer) data-driven transformation: Act 1 Diagnostic Coaching (AI-driven market positioning), Act 2 POC R&D Coaching (turn consumer data into product specs), Act 3 POB Transformation (domestic and overseas market trials and validation).

Program structure
Three-act program detail
- Act 1 — Diagnostic coaching (AI-driven market positioning) — Use AI to analyse Amazon, YouTube, momo and 1.46 billion+ Chinese-language big-data signals — identify market gaps, validate concepts, propose initial product positioning.
- Act 2 — POC R&D coaching (turning data into product specs) — Run smart QFD analysis to convert consumer demand into precise product specs and define product-development functional roadmaps.
- Act 3 — POB transformation (domestic & overseas market trials) — Partner with new product launches; deploy in 114 cooperating retail channels, validate real consumer acceptance and refine before scale-up.
