The eligibility bar is a Taiwan corporate entity with valid factory registration. The applicability comes from program tags assigned during the FY2026 handbook ingestion. Funds the build-out of integrated supply-chain digital systems that combine smart-machinery telemetry, AI, and information-security tooling across a manufacturing cluster.

Supports new-fastener product development, process optimization, production-line equipment upgrades, supply-chain process modernization, and smart manufacturing value-add.
- Outdoor & Leisure Textiles Manufacturing — Digital Transformation Value-Add Program — up to NT$2.5M · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Funds and hands-on services that help outdoor/leisure textile manufacturers digitalise their operations — connecting them to industry associations, in-plant diagnostic visits, software-based productivity upgrades, network-driven transformation models, and dissemination of best practice.
- Smart Machinery Industry Smart Upgrade & International Linkage Program — up to NT$2.5M · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Drives smart-machinery makers to adopt AI, industrial robotics, and international communication standards — modernizing manufacturing processes, strengthening global supply-chain linkages, and lifting value-add.
- Smart Electric Vehicle Industry Counseling & Promotion Program — up to NT$1.0M · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Combines public R&D institutes to coach companies in lifting the competitiveness of EV finished vehicles or key system components — getting them into car-OEM supply chains and into export markets.
- Vehicle Industry Transformation & International Competitiveness Program — up to NT$1.0M · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Targets the EV/auto value chain: helps automakers integrate domestic smart-electrical systems into export vehicle models; supports component and software makers to combine AI and smart-vehicle-electronics tech in R&D to win international certification and tier-1 vehicle-OEM design wins; and strengthens production processes to lift quality and global competitiveness.
- Food Manufacturing Digital Transformation & Value-Add Program — up to NT$750K · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Tiered service model — free preliminary and focused diagnostics, plus deeper hands-on counseling that brings domain-specific technology and digital tools into the production line.
- Smart Manufacturing Equipment Promotion Program — up to NT$500K · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Responds to international demand for digitalization and decarbonization by combining machinery products with DX (digital transformation) and GX (green transformation) technologies — boosting the international competitiveness of Taiwan-made equipment.
- Food Industry Competitiveness & International-Alignment Program — up to NT$460K · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Industry-wide diagnostic-visit service (free) plus a competitive-counseling track that brings sector technologies and international-market knowledge into firms wanting to upgrade.
- Electric Commercial Vehicle Demonstration & Key-System Decarbonization Program — up to NT$300K · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Supports product design analysis and decarbonization for the electric-commercial-vehicle value chain — covering both EV commercial vehicles and the key low-carbon supply-chain components feeding them.

Three lanes: (1) compliance audit for the official Green Factory Label and Cleaner Production designation, (2) free Green Factory workshops, and (3) registration of sustainability technical-service providers on the public services-volume registry.

AI-driven smart design, 3D virtual prototyping, digital production tools and pattern-making, integrated digital application technologies, smart-tech process upgrades, and digital fibre-process development — all to raise the value-chain capability of Taiwan's clothing and accessories sector.
- Beauty & Cosmetics Industry Technology Transfer and Value-Add Program · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. R&D subsidies for new-product development, core-technology transfer in natural/sustainable formulations using indigenous Taiwanese ingredients, advisory site visits, and industry-promotion events.
- Bicycle Industry Net-Zero Carbon & Product Innovation Value-Added Program · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Counsels bicycle assemblers and components makers on new-product R&D, product design, and quality-verification technologies — strengthening in-house R&D capacity and global competitiveness.
- Circular Materials Smart Verification Demonstration Program · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Helps companies build product circularity data sheets and align with international circular-economy standards to access global circular-economy supply chains.

Anchored on 'innovation value-add' — uses digitalised management structures to help bag, towel, and baked-goods manufacturers achieve rapid product development and flexible production.
- Data-Driven Smart Management for the Food Industry Program · Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Free diagnostic visits and structured counseling that uses data and AI to lift food manufacturers' quality-management capability, reduce waste, and prepare products for export markets.
