Circular industrialization strategy coaching
- Tap green-low-carbon supply chains; with new technology R&D help firms commercially deploy energy-saving / carbon-reducing materials.
- Build cross-cooperation and resource circularity; promote circular technologies and circular materials in industry.
- Promote a domestic-supply circular-economy enterprise platform.
Circular materials testing & validation services
- For firms importing new technology and developing materials — testing, validation, quality improvement coaching.
- Tap interdisciplinary applications; integrate cross-domain manufacturers and conduct sea-trial guidance.
- Provide green and low-carbon raw-material market intelligence and consultation services.
Strategic Circular Technology & Material Innovation Plan
- Based on the Circular Technology Industrialization Program (TIP), encourages firms within the circular value chain to apply for subsidies to upgrade autonomous R&D capacity.
