Three-tier IP-management capability-building stack: (1) TIPS Diverse Coaching, (2) TIPS A-Level Governance, IP Strategy & Operations Training, (3) TIPS Validation Certification.
Program structure
TIPS Diverse IP-management coaching
- Helps firms diagnose their current IP-management posture, build customer/product IP-management systems, embed IP governance into core operations, and establish standardized IP-management processes.
- Eligibility: per the relevant service announcement.
TIPS A-Level — IP Compliance, Governance & Strategic Management Training
- Talent-development training (multi-tier curriculum), focused on ESG IP governance & operations, supports listed (publicly-traded) firms — recommend they enrol professional managers, in-house lawyers, and key managers for IP-management transformation.
- Includes TIPS Listed-Firm IP A-Level (AA) management strategic-evaluation services.
- Subject to TIPS-program rules — refer to TIPS website announcement.
- Eligibility: per the relevant service announcement.
TIPS Validation
- For firms that have completed TIPS IP management training: validate via formal assessment to obtain the TIPS standard certification — supplies a recognized signal that the firm has implemented TIPS.
- Procedure flow: enrol the firm — formal certification — submit application — assessment.
- Subject to TIPS-program rules — refer to TIPS website announcement.
