What’s offered
Provides hands-on technical coaching, material-validation infrastructure, and technical-exchange events for firms developing silicon-semiconductor process materials — front-end-of-line, back-end packaging, and substrate materials.
Program structure
Coaching services
- Materials-firm coaching — Assist firms importing semiconductor-process material technologies.
- Technology & development consulting — Provide technology and development consulting services.
Technical coaching domains
- Front-end-of-line process materials — High-purity electronic chemicals, ALD / CVD materials, photoresist materials, and matching chemicals.
- Back-end packaging materials — Low-warpage packaging materials, underfill film, glue, conductive coatings, etc.
Material validation
- Material evaluation platform — Build a materials evaluation platform: strengthen functional-formulation validation, conduct ASTM and ISO-standard testing, deliver effective up-and-downstream supply-chain analysis, manufacturing process, characterization, evaluation, and end-application.
Technical exchange
- Host results-presentation and technical-exchange seminars — invite experts, scholars, and industry representatives to share market trends and technical applications across the value chain (technical achievements, market trends, experience sharing).
