Eligibility
Small and mid-sized manufacturers (domestic or foreign-invested) properly registered under Taiwanese law.
What’s offered
Funds and hands-on services that help outdoor/leisure textile manufacturers digitalise their operations — connecting them to industry associations, in-plant diagnostic visits, software-based productivity upgrades, network-driven transformation models, and dissemination of best practice.
Key terms
- Subsidy ceiling
- Up to NT$2,500,000 per case. Applicant must self-fund at least 30% of total project cost (including project staff salaries and payments to third parties).
- Plant diagnostic visits
- On-site diagnostic visits to weaving and textile manufacturers covering materials, production-line challenges and critical-path issues — delivered through a regional manufacturing-service team.
- Software value-add
- Helps the supply chain adopt networked, visualised, software-led integrated solutions across production management, manufacturing and supply — including AI and mobile-app technologies layered onto existing on-site systems and equipment.
- Networked transformation model
- Coordinated networked-deployment model that pulls the cluster forward together.
- Promotion & dissemination
- Briefings, advisory sessions, and case-study showcases to extend the impact across more manufacturers in the cluster.
