Eligibility

Cosmetics manufacturers recognised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (factory registration required), including brand owners. Brands must be Taiwan-owned.

R&D subsidies for new-product development, core-technology transfer in natural/sustainable formulations using indigenous Taiwanese ingredients, advisory site visits, and industry-promotion events.
