Eligibility
Applicants whose proposed products are EV/automotive related, exportable, and produced in Taiwan.
What’s offered
Targets the EV/auto value chain: helps automakers integrate domestic smart-electrical systems into export vehicle models; supports component and software makers to combine AI and smart-vehicle-electronics tech in R&D to win international certification and tier-1 vehicle-OEM design wins; and strengthens production processes to lift quality and global competitiveness.

- Applicant self-fund 40% / government subsidy 60%.
- Execution period
- Applicants must co-propose with a Taiwan-based implementing partner. Execution within 9 months (close by end of ROC 115 / late 2026). Applicant self-funds at least 40%; counseling subsidy caps at NT$1,000,000.

- Smart vehicle-electronics tech development — Develop next-gen vehicle electronics technology.
- Process / equipment optimization — Production-process and equipment upgrades for higher quality and yield.
Domestic implementing partner support
- Counseling and matching support provided through partnering Taiwan research institutes.
