Manufacturers holding a factory registration (or special factory registration) under the Factory Management Counseling Act.
What’s offered
Three lanes: (1) compliance audit for the official Green Factory Label and Cleaner Production designation, (2) free Green Factory workshops, and (3) registration of sustainability technical-service providers on the public services-volume registry.

Program structure
Green Factory Label compliance audit
- Eligible operators include factories that already have a clean-production compliance audit and have obtained the green-building label.
Green Factory workshops
- Introduction to the Green Factory Label system.
- The Cleaner Production assessment framework.
- Field-tested case studies and implementation know-how.
- Hands-on self-assessment exercises and group discussion.
Sustainability technical-service provider registry
- Open to organizations holding a valid business registration that operate as technical-service providers.
- Sustainability-tier classifications SD1 through SD5 are available.
