Industry-wide diagnostic-visit service (free) plus a competitive-counseling track that brings sector technologies and international-market knowledge into firms wanting to upgrade.

Key terms

Diagnostic visits
Operators apply through the implementing unit. After assessment, the unit dispatches experts on-site to the factory for real-time technical support and validation.
Service content
Covers food-industry technology uplift, new-process adoption, by-product value-add, food-additive use, key R&D applications, thermal-process instruction, food-preservation tech, sustainable / green processing, and packaging-food technology.
Fee
Free.
Counseling application
Download the application form ('Food Industry Technology Transfer and Sales-Channel Upgrade Counseling Application') from the programme website, complete it, and return to the implementing unit.
Counseling content
Tailored by case — provides instruction on key food-industry technologies, raises processing efficiency and quality, and lifts competitiveness.
Counseling fee
Government grant approx. NT$460,000; applicant self-funds approx. NT$200,000. Funding ratio ~7:3.
Counseling period
From contract signing through 30 November.
