紡織產業低碳轉型推動與輔導計畫
Industry chapter12 · Consumer Goods & Chemical Industries
Eligibility
Sole proprietorships, partnerships, or limited companies legally established in Taiwan operating in textile-related sectors — including yarn and bag manufacturers.
What’s offered
On-site visits, low-carbon counseling for facility/process/material upgrades, and rollout of recognised carbon-disclosure/verification frameworks (including GRS).
Key terms
- On-site visits
- Diagnostic site visits that collect operators' input, share relevant resources and media-platform recommendations, and help strengthen productivity and competitiveness.
- Low-carbon counseling
- Step-by-step efficiency uplift across five layers — equipment, processes, systems, and raw materials — combining diagnostics with equipment retrofits, process optimisation, and energy- / smart-control management systems to form a complete decarbonised operating architecture.
- Verification rollout
- Helps firms establish low-carbon product-disclosure baselines, align with upstream/downstream production standards, and optimise data inventory and low-carbon evaluation — strengthening the low-carbon image of finished products.
Program structure
Sample counseling targets
- Equipment optimisation — Uplift production-line equipment efficiency.
- Process optimisation — Use of recycled / lower-carbon raw materials.
- Raw-material decarbonisation — Cycle-time reduction of 10–15% achievable.
