Supports startup growth through competitions, proof-of-concept pilots, programmed activities, and curated business matching — spanning startup catalysts, deep-tech challenges, international expansion, and ESG initiatives.
Key terms
- Promising Startup Showcase
- Cycle: first half of each year. Curated showcase that pairs top startups with strategic partners and exclusive twin demo events for resource leverage. Eligible: registered companies founded within the last 5 years.
- Startup Challenge (Tech)
- Cycle: first half of each year. Technology and big-health themed challenge that connects winners to overseas partnership resources. Eligible: registered companies operating 2+ years (biotech/medical: up to 10 years).
- International Expansion Service
- Cycle: per published rolling calls. Matches startups with overseas funding institutions and runs targeted introductions to emerging markets including Asia, Japan, Singapore, and India. Eligible: registered companies founded within the last 2 years.
- ESG Sustainable Innovation
- Cycle: per published call. Supports startups on energy-saving / carbon reduction, training, networking, industry-chain integration, and funding-access resources. Eligible: domestic or foreign startups founded within the last 2 years.
