Eligibility
Self-governing organizations of traditional markets and night markets, plus the individual stall operators within them.
What’s offered
Two parallel tracks: (1) a star-rating accreditation that recognizes outstanding markets and stalls, and (2) hands-on market-upgrade counseling for selected markets.

Program structure
Star-rating accreditation
- Eligibility — Publicly owned retail markets, concentrated stall districts, and registered night markets — their self-governing bodies and individual stalls.
- Awards — "Outstanding Market" (優良市集) and "Lively Notable Stall" (樂活名攤).
Market upgrade counseling
- Professional advisory matched to each stall's category, focused on operating space, product, and service-flow improvements.
