Companies meeting the SME Identification Standards (Article 2) on paid-in capital or regular headcount.

What’s offered

Mobilizes designated research institutes to help SMEs develop green products and services, conduct sustainability diagnostics, train staff, and drive a full net-zero transformation.

Program structure

Ecosystem focus industries

  • Metal products and other high-end resilient infrastructure (powertrain, fitness equipment).
  • Health & medical (medical devices, assistive technology).
  • New high-value materials (no waste-stream feedstock).
  • Agri-tech.

Counseling content

  • Leverage research-institute-led ecosystem coaching to integrate cross-industry upstream/downstream collaboration into a common operating model.
  • Combine green materials with low-carbon manufacturing to give SMEs access to green-product R&D experiments and pilot new product opportunities along sustainability lines.

Energy-saving diagnostics & talent development

  • Deploy specialists to conduct on-site energy/carbon diagnostics and recommend efficiency-improvement plans.
  • Cultivate AI-enabled carbon-reduction talent that can help companies overcome their carbon bottleneck.
