What’s offered
Helps SME manufacturers undergoing a generational handover to design and deploy a transformation blueprint — combining a new business model with AI and digital tooling that upgrades both the supply chain and customer-facing channels.

- Properly registered — Company or business registration completed; established for under 20 years (middle-tier enterprises capped at 100 years).
- Project lead succession status — Lead applicant must meet succession qualification (the family or designated next-generation successor).
