Program structure
Four-stage execution flow
- Select technical team — Identify the legal entity (research institute) and SI vendor; map application targets and demand consulting.
- Confirm validation site — Pin down the application demand and conduct a current-state site survey.
- Deployment validation — Roll out the on-site technology trial and conduct integrated data analysis.
- Required deliverables — Technology validation report plus a roadmap for next-phase planning.
