Eligibility
Metal-mechanical industry manufacturers holding a Taiwan industrial/commercial registration that meet at least one of the listed industry categories (24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31) or business items (CA, CB, CD, CP, CQ).

Coaches metal-mechanical companies through smart-technology adoption — covering supply-chain digitization, intelligent inspection, machinery-application standards, and AI-driven decision support.
Program structure
Smart adoption application counseling
- Eligibility — Applicants must hold AU/SI/AI or other MOEA-recognized IT-vendor qualifications and meet partnership requirements.
- Application type — Individual case basis: each lead applicant jointly with a system-applying company submits one case.
- Funding — Subsidy cap: NT$3 million per case; applicant self-fund at least 30%.
Program scope
- Industrial planning capability — single-app or multi-app product-line and consumer-application demonstration.
- Smart machinery: digital-twin solution development.
Implementation approach
- Smart industrial-vehicle and AGV applications (must meet 1+ standard such as ROC OPC UA, ROS 2).
- Tooling-machine vendor application (must meet 1+ standard from the toolmaker spec list).
- Smart-application industry assessment, real-world demonstration testing.
Expected outcomes
- Strengthen production-line digital decision-making.
- Optimize production-line value, accelerate smart manufacturing capability.
