Eligibility
Lifestyle-service operators (existing or aspirational) that want to build smart-generation, hyper-local "short-chain" living circles — neighborhood-scale service ecosystems where residents can meet most of their daily needs within a few minutes' walk.
What’s offered
Helps build smart-generation neighborhood living circles — selecting operators with proven hospitality, friendly-service practice, defined service space, and stable customer flow, then giving them the tools to deepen short-chain community service offerings.

Operator-led personalization & positioning
- Smart-generation short-chain living circle — Define the operator's role inside the neighborhood ecosystem.
Tech-enabled service innovation
- Living-circle theme — Choose one of: leisure life, health life, convenient life.
- Short-chain integrated model — Hospitality + retail + lifestyle service bundled inside a 2-minute walking range.
- Try-it service model — Pop-up / pilot service formats to test consumer demand quickly.
Counseling content
- Living-circle area assessment — Diagnose the neighborhood and define service catchment.
- Expert advisory team — Mentor cohort guides operating model and service design.
- Living-circle service venue — Help with venue identification and short-chain service delivery setup.
