Financially sound companies operating as systems integrators, in any segment of the semiconductor industry (design, manufacture, packaging, testing), or in IoT, AI, and other smart-electronics domains.

- Build a good rapport — Open ongoing dialogue with smart-electronics industry players and major contacts.

- Inter-agency mechanism — Coordinate timely escalation to the relevant government agencies for joint resolution.

Critical-chip technology advisory diagnosis
- On-site visit — Diagnose critical-chip technology shortfalls (such as key talent gaps), development advantages, and technology-need fit.
- Diagnosis — Identifies whether chip products and integrated solutions are commercially viable; recommends introductions for productization.
Domestic and international business matching
- Cross-domain exchange — Open cooperation opportunities through themed forums and matchmaking — driving regional and cross-industry partnerships.
