Legally registered Taiwanese companies in any of five service sub-sectors: retail, wholesale, food and beverage, warehousing and logistics, and lifestyle services.

Funded skills-upgrade courses for service-sector workers — covering enrollment, training delivery, post-course reimbursement to the employer, and outcome tracking.
