Diagnostic service — Operating traits

Expert advisors diagnose each company against five Mittelstand-development dimensions and deliver a status report with concrete improvement recommendations. Open to Mittelstand companies and other qualifying firms.

Counseling — Niche domain

Helps companies overcome strategic limits in their target niche through expert counseling — locking in defensible positions in specific niche markets. Open to MOEA-designated Mittelstand enterprises.

Counseling — Collaborative system

Lead-firm structure: one anchor company convenes at least four supply-chain partners to jointly raise system-wide collaborative capacity and compete globally. Open to Mittelstand and other qualifying firms.
