What’s offered
Two-tier model in which one lead 'centre factory' partners with multiple supply-chain factories to jointly apply. Coordinated through Taiwan Research Institute as the intake window. Funds the full cycle — counseling diagnosis, low-carbon equipment investment, and verified emissions reductions.
