Eligibility
Manufacturers required to file GHG inventory reports under Taiwan's Climate Change Response Act, plus those required to submit voluntary-reduction execution progress reports.
What’s offered
Provides one-on-one on-site advisory visits to manufacturers covered by Taiwan's GHG inventory and voluntary-reduction reporting regime — building internal capacity, reviewing reports, and helping firms develop product carbon-footprint data.

Program structure
Voluntary-reduction plan / progress-report advisory visit
- Eligible visit-A — Companies submitting their voluntary-reduction plan.
- Service A — Reviews the voluntary-reduction plan document and conducts an advisory site visit.
- Eligible visit-B — Companies submitting their execution progress report (Round 1).
- Service B — Reviews the progress report and conducts an advisory site visit.
Product environmental-footprint practical training
- Eligible firms — Manufacturers wanting to build self-pacing carbon-footprint capability and gain access to product environmental-footprint data tools.
- Service — Coaches the firm through main-product carbon-footprint scoping and demonstrates the data platform.
