Program structure
Four service tracks
- On-site energy-saving diagnosis — Conducts on-site diagnostics, drafts improvement plans, and provides energy-use analysis and energy-saving technology guidance plus on-site implementation advice.
- Energy-audit counseling — Reviews the energy user's audit data, validates targets, and provides technical advice and audit-related execution support.
- Online energy consulting — Phone or email channel for daily energy-management questions; provides energy-saving knowledge and seminar resources.
- Contract-capacity assessment — Reviews the user's contracted electricity capacity, suggests optimisation, and provides contract-related advice and renegotiation support.
