Eligibility
Metal-mechanical industry manufacturers holding a Taiwan industrial/commercial registration that meet at least one of the listed industry categories (24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31) or business items (CA, CB, CD, CP, CQ).
What’s offered
Cross-industry digital upgrade and value-added — coaches metal-mechanical manufacturers to install integrated ERP/MES/BI/CRM/DPP systems and develop the seed-instructor capacity to operate them.
Program structure
Cross-industry digital upgrade and value-add
- Eligibility — Applicants must hold AU/DA/SI/AI or other MOEA-recognized IT-vendor qualifications, and partner with the system-applying unit.
- Application type — Co-application (1 + N): one lead applicant plus 1–3 system-applying companies per case.
- Funding — Subsidy cap: NT$600,000 per case; applicant self-fund at least 10%.
Implementation approach
- System deployment — Coach companies to deploy ERP, MES, BI, CRM, DPP and related digital data systems.
- Skills transfer — System vendor coaches the company team to operate and maintain the deployed digital management systems.
- Seed instructors — Designated personnel are trained as in-house seed instructors, with an additional 3% or higher proficiency uplift target.

- Create competitive advantages for industry productivity.
