Industry transformation service team
- Consultation — Experts diagnose company challenges and match supporting resources.
- On-site visit — Provide upgrade and transformation concepts during a site visit.
- Diagnosis — Research the company and produce a concrete improvement playbook.
Supply-chain resilience deep counseling — 8 value activities
- Deep diagnosis covering high-end supply chain risk evaluation, planning, and design.
- Eight value activities: sales / order management, inventory, procurement, production, R&D, quality, after-sales, and finance — strengthening supply-chain resilience.
- Free of charge — up to 5 on-site visits.
