Eligibility
Metal-mechanical manufacturers holding a Taiwan industrial/commercial registration that meet at least one of the listed industry categories (24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31) or business items (CA, CB, CD, CP, CQ).
What’s offered
Two parallel tracks: green manufacturing-management system deployment (MES + EMS) and low-carbon technology adoption — together raising green output and cutting emissions.
Program structure
Green manufacturing management deployment
- Eligibility — Must hold AU/DA/SI/AI/SD3 or other MOEA-recognized IT-vendor qualifications; applicants include both system-applying and information-systems units, plus law-recognized entities.
- Application type — Individual case basis: each lead applicant submits one case, jointly with an information system vendor.
- Funding — Subsidy cap: NT$1.2 million per case; applicant self-fund at least 30%. Two cases per year combined NT≤NT$3 million.
- System scope — Includes MES, EMS (energy management) and any extension covering production-line energy data.
Low-carbon technology adoption
- Eligibility — Lead applicant must hold AU/DA or similar MOEA-recognized vendor capabilities; system-applying unit must hold a Taiwan industrial/commercial registration.
- Application type — Individual case basis — one lead applicant joined by a system vendor.
- Funding — Subsidy cap: NT$3 million per case; applicant self-fund at least 30%.
- Tech deployment — Provides on-site coaching for low-carbon technology rollout including process-step decarbonization and energy savings.
