Counseling tracks for restaurants and food-service operators: bilingual-service uplift, product development & test marketing, restaurant-chain system counseling, and overseas distribution channel-expansion.

Key terms

Bilingual service uplift

Introduces bilingual service practices, service signage and labels, and the service-fee structures and environments needed to align with international visitors. Approximately 500 cases per year.

Product development & test-marketing

Approximately 3 cases per year.

Restaurant-chain system counseling

Helps food-service operators integrate green and sustainability principles, adopt new business models, and jointly expand domestic and overseas distribution. Approximately 2 cases per year.

Channel-expansion counseling

Covers overseas market channels, restaurant branding, business-model design, brand licensing, and overseas store-opening counseling. Approximately 3 cases per year.
