Manufacturers with valid company registration and factory registration in Taiwan.
What’s offered
Three counseling tracks — factory safety management, smart-management technology adoption, and advanced chemical-operations safety. Each track covers initial diagnosis, on-site remediation, repeat counseling, and outcome reporting. Fully subsidized (no co-payment).

Program structure
Factory Safety Management Counseling
- Four steps — Initial diagnosis, factory remediation, repeat counseling, outcome demonstration.
- Eligibility — Companies/factories with valid registration. Priority for SMEs of 200 employees or fewer that have suffered chemistry-related incidents or hazardous-environment incidents.
Smart Management Technology Adoption Counseling
- Application — Submit application.
- Feasibility study — Assess feasibility for adoption.
- Adoption pairing — Match candidate technologies with the applicant.
- Outcome demonstration — Demonstrate measured outcomes.
- Eligibility — Companies/factories with valid registration. Priority for SMEs of 200 or fewer employees that have implemented chemical-safety smart management, safety-management systems, electric-power vehicles, etc.
Advanced Chemical Operations Safety Counseling
- Application — Submit application.
- Match counseling resources — Match expert advisors.
- Counseling rollout — Provide rollout support.
- Outcome sharing — Share outcomes broadly.
- Eligibility — Companies/factories with valid registration. Priority for SMEs of 200 or fewer employees that have suffered chemistry-related incidents or hazardous-environment incidents.
Application window
