Eligibility
On-site visits open to legally established Taiwanese companies, institutions, organizations, and individuals. Diagnostic and counseling tracks are limited to legally established Taiwanese companies in manufacturing or manufacturing-related technical services.
What’s offered
Two pillars. First, a National Quality Award program that recognizes companies, teams, and individuals demonstrating excellence in operating management. Second, a Quality Uplift counseling program providing on-site visits, diagnostics, and TQM-based intervention to help firms upgrade their operations.

Program structure
National Quality Award Categories
- Comprehensive Excellence — Excellence in Operations Award and Operational Merit Award — up to 25 awards.
- Functional Excellence — Backbone Excellence, Smart Technology Application, Sustainable Development, Industry Support — up to 15 awards.
Quality Uplift Counseling Service
- Visits / Diagnostics — Free for applicants; one site visit and two diagnostic sessions provided. Includes expert recommendations on weaknesses and next-step counseling.
- TQM-based counseling — Using TQM as the foundation, integrates AI tools such as BEPASS, helps companies implement total quality management, AI tooling, and process-quality systems. Helps mid-tier enterprises and listed firms strengthen their quality posture.
- Application track — For mid-tier enterprises and listed companies — guides participation in quality awards and adoption of operational-management tools.
