Legally established legal entities, medical institutions, government agencies, and schools.
What’s offered
Subsidises the use of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) — pay-for-performance retrofit deals delivered by ESCOs — to spread the model across more sites and lift overall energy efficiency.
Key terms
- Tier 1 cap — NT$5M
- Applicant with contracted electricity capacity ≥ 100 kW, where prior-uncovered cost in the proposed plan does not exceed 20% of project budget. Cap: NT$5,000,000.
- Tier 2 cap — NT$15M
- Bundled multi-site or county-level integration with aggregate planned capacity ≥ 500 kW. Cap: NT$15,000,000.
- SME bonus
- SME applicants receive a 30% bonus on the calculated subsidy amount.
- Medical-institution bonus
- Medical-institution applicants receive a 10% bonus on the calculated subsidy share.
Program structure
Eligible activity
- Execute an Energy-Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) project.
- Project cannot be double-funded; guaranteed energy-saving rate must be at least 10%.
