Brings together end-user, equipment vendor, and component manufacturer requirements to set benchmark specifications for electronics and semiconductor equipment — accelerating domestic supply-chain readiness for high-end fabrication.

Aligns upstream-and-downstream players to break through material, equipment, and processing-system bottlenecks — lifting product capability and international competitiveness for Taiwan's semiconductor equipment industry.
Capability uplift
