Program structure
Step 1 — Target product categories
- Needle products — Including device packaging and product lines.
- Blood rapid-test kits — HBV / HCV / HIV.
- Special sterilization — High-temperature, low-temperature, and irradiation methods.
Step 2 — Development build-out
- Build out critical medical raw materials, components, production-line autonomy, manufacturing chain, primary R&D, alternative-product technology, core technology R&D, opening medical supply-chain build-outs.
