Eligibility
Businesses legally registered in Taiwan that have been designated by the Industrial Development Administration as a "Creative Lifestyle Enterprise."
What’s offered
Two streams of support. First, an Industry Value Uplift track that provides advisory and diagnostic consulting on operations, talent, financing, and government resource matching. Second, a Creative Lifestyle Project track that helps designated enterprises build market-facing experience-economy ecosystems by connecting them with cross-sector, cross-organizational resources.

Program structure
Industry Value Uplift Counseling

- Diagnostic service — Provides on-site diagnostic assessment of operational status and improvement recommendations.
Creative Lifestyle Project Counseling
- Eligibility — Enterprises evaluated by the Industrial Development Administration as "Creative Lifestyle Enterprises."
- Focus — Goal — Build a market-oriented experience-economy ecosystem with the creative-lifestyle enterprise at its core, linking cross-domain and cross-organizational resources.
- Approach — Digital adoption and/or sustainable application.
- Common counseling — Customer-experience integrated counseling for the enterprise.
- Individual counseling — Value marketing — Brand-value positioning and go-to-market support.
- Individual counseling — Product development — New product and offering development.
- Individual counseling — Venue readiness — On-premise venue upgrade and experience-design.
- Individual counseling — Service development — New service design and rollout.
