Plastics and biomedical-product manufacturers legally registered in Taiwan.
What’s offered
Expert teams audit plastics and biomedical manufacturers' carbon footprint, surface emissions gaps, build out carbon-management capacity, introduce low-carbon process technology, and feed companies the latest low-carbon transition information.

- Plastics and biomedical firms with needs around process equipment, carbon-hotspot analysis, or ESG / CSR reporting.
- Counseling scope
- Five-step flow: need intake, improvement-plan explanation, future-year validation, financial assessment, and case closure.

- Process improvement, energy management, and circular-economy projects.
- Cost-share & cap
- Government / company split 6.5:3.5 per single-year case; minimum company self-funding NT$350,000.
