Sole proprietorships, partnerships, or companies legally registered in Taiwan that operate in the compound-semiconductor materials industry.

Provides R&D counseling and technical advisory support for compound-semiconductor materials. Focuses on high-frequency, high-power, and power-management system technologies, plus the materials-validation work that brings new product specs to market.
