- AI operational agent — Deploy AI as the company's always-on operations agent — a 'digital surrogate' that strengthens operational efficiency. Themes include sales operations, demand forecasting, smart scheduling, and customer service.
- Low-carbon sustainability model — Extend low-carbon performance through AI-driven resource circularity and low-carbon supply-chain optimisation. Themes include product life-cycle analysis, resource reuse, and logistics/inventory efficiency.
