Eligibility

Commercial-district organisations established after 1 Jan 2026 under the Civil Associations Act or local-government statutes; confirmed by the local government as eligible; and having held a board / general assembly meeting between 1 Jan 2025 and the application deadline (minutes filed with the authority).
