Eligibility
Commercial-service operators directly or indirectly hit by pandemic or international-market shocks who need to introduce AI tools or integrated AI hardware-software solutions to strengthen operations.
What’s offered
Two subsidy tracks. Individual-case grants help single stores adopt AI tools, integrate retail price-comparison systems, and roll out point-of-sale upgrades. Integration-case grants help groups of 20–50 stores deploy AI integrated solutions including smart shelf management and IoT-connected store systems.

Program structure
Individual-case Subsidy
- Eligible operators — Actual commercial-services operators (wholesale, retail, logistics, food service, leisure-services).
- Focus — Single-store applications. Combines retail price-comparison platform deployment with hardware/equipment upgrades and AI-tool integration.
Integration-case Subsidy
- Eligible operators — Lead applicants coordinating a network of 20–50 partner stores.
- Focus — Introduce AI integration applications, including AI smart-shelf management and IoT-enabled store-to-headquarters connectivity across 20+ stores.
Application window
Subject to the official call-for-applications notice each cycle. The administering agency retains the right to pause, cancel, or adjust grant amounts.
